The verso of the leaf, text in light brown ink in a large gothic textura, 5 lines of music in square notation, on red four-line staves. 5 lines of music on recto.
The miniature illustrates the Introit for Mass on the Sunday before Ascension 'Viri galilei quod aspicitis'.
