(Some light, mainly marginal, worming and old dampstaining at the beginning and end, affecting 4 of the engraved plates.) Contemporary limp vellum (backstrip torn with loss).
The second part is titled Constructio Instrumenti ad horologia solaria describenda per opportuni. It was apparently also available as a separate work. Cf. Houzeau & Lancaster 11443.
