etchings, circa 1740, frontispiece, dedication and set of twenty plates, first state (of four), before the number, fine impressions, with very good contrasts, the guiding lines for the titles at the bottom clear and distinct on many of the plates, watermark Initials AS, with countermark A on almost all plates, with margins, some staining and discolouration in the margins on a few plates, a few nicks and soft handling creases at the extreme edges, otherwise generally in good condition, averaging P. 331 x 470mm.; and six others by various hands (28)
