Baluster, on raised scalloped circular base, the base, shoulder and cover chased with stylized acanthus, with foliate wrapped scroll handle with bold foliate join, with similar spout, with corded scalloped rims, the molded low domed hinged cover topped by fluted circular finial-- --10in.
