The woven mesh necklace suspending flattened foliage links with beaded wire detail between husk-shaped drops, paterae above, the matching brooch with curved surmount (one husk drop from surmount loose, one missing), circa 1870, French assay marks, necklace 39.5cm. long, brooch 6.5cm. overall height

Signed by Eugene Fontenay with lozenge of initials
