A NISHAPUR ROUNDED BOWL on short foot, the yellow interior painted with rosettes, floral and abstract motifs together with a stylised bird and fish arouND a central large figure holding a wine cup to his face, in a plain red and yellow striped border between black lines, the exterior with green and yellow triangle motifs alternating with black floral motifs, 10th century (slight restoration)
