A KASHAN LUSTRE DEEP BOWL with rounded base, vertical sides and slightly everted rim on spreading foot, the interior white ground with radiating panels of loosely drawn scrolling motifs, the exterior with a band of mounted horsemen alternating with chequered cypress trees on a ground of scrolling vine above a band of leafy tendrils, early 13th century (very slight restoration)
