A PAIR OF LOUIS XVI GILT-BRONZE AND CHINESE POWDER-BLUE GLAZED PORCELAIN POT-POURRI VASES AND COVERS, each with domed lid surmounted by a spiralling foliate-berried finial, the pierced entrelac frieze flanked by plumed, helmetted masks issuing ribbon-tied laurel sprays, the tapering body above a domed tapering base with berried boss, on four acanthus headed hairy pieds-de-bîches and concave-fronted canted square plinth with pounced panels, the porcelain Kangxi, the bodies of the bowls with signs of original gilt decoration, one top broken and repaired, one with paper label X, the other with paper label O, one mount with paper label 6
