Circular with two angular handles and mounted à cage, the side and domed removeable cover with chinoiserie scenes of figures in various pursuits including a tea picker, a musician and a man drinking tea, with borders of scrolling foliage and trelliswork between, the base with a fluted and roacaille border, the cover with a border of trelliswork, floral sprays and rocaille scrolls, the handles with foliate and rocaille scrolls and flowersprays, the pyramidal finial on raised stem and with similar cagework, surmounted by a partly fluted sphere, minor damage - 5 3/8in. (14.7cm.) wide
