A PAIR OF WORCESTER BLUE-GROUND DEEP PLATES painted with the Royal Marriage pattern, the centres with a garland of flowers within a gilt circular cartouche surrounded by three loose bouquets, one entwined round a bow, another pierced by an arrow, the fluted borders with a blue band gilt with loop ornament and edged with C-scrolls and stylised pendants, with waved gilt dentil rims (one with haircrack, some scratching to enamels and slight rubbing to gilding and enamels), blue crescent marks, circa 1775
