RAPID" printed on reverse, bearing 1/- rose diagonal bisect and another example truncated by one third at top, both well tied by "APIA/SAMOA" double-ring d.s. in blue and showing arrival c.d.s. on reverse, central vertical crease and some slight staining also similar "philatelic" local envelope bearing two diagonal bisects.
