circa 1830, unmarked
Oblong, the case enamelled in black with gold and white Tudor rose, scrolls and flowers, with stylised foliate border, the grille bright-cut with rose and scrolls in a similar pattern to the case, suspended on a chain of flattened tubular links each enamelled in black from an openwork ring similarly enamelled in black and white
