P. Borini is probably Peter Borini recorded working at 14 Edgbaston Street in Snowhill, Birmingham, circa 1808. A P. Borini is listed in 1818 as a carver, gilder, looking-glass, picture-frame and barometer maker (N. Goodison, English Barometers 1680-1860, 1977, p. 303).
