The funnel bowl decorated with the crowned coat of arms of Stadholder Prince William V (1748-1806) encircled by the Garter inscribed honi soit qui mal y pense above the banderole inscribed Je Maintiendrai flanked by two crowned lion supporters, the balustroid stem with four knops, one knop enclosing oblique air bubbles, on conical foot
