Early 20th century, marked to the back with underglaze blue crowned monogram mark
After the original statue by Schadow, naturalistically modelled in relief as the standing king wearing an uniform with tasselled belt and sash, high boots, tricorn hat and sword, flanked by two collared greyhounds with collars Haseneuse and Alomene, on oval plinth impressed with his monogram (his sword repaired)
