Chancery 2° (287x216mm). Collation: [110 2-58 66 78 86] (1/1 blank, 1/2r text, 8/6v colophon). 61 (of 62, without first blank) leaves. 35 lines. Type 1:110G. 3- to 6-line initials, capital strokes and paragraph marks in red. (Small paper flaw in final leaf, very light marginal dampstain in a few leaves.) Modern vellum over pastepaper boards.

Fifth separate edition. This moral treatise takes as its starting point that man was made in God's image and links its discussion of the spiritual and moral nature of man to the physical, so that the parts of the body become its organising principle.
