This subject was published as a print circa 1913. It was subtitled 'The Game of Sahibs and Rajas', and included as no.51 in Charlie Johnson Payne, British Sporting Art Trust Exhibition Catalogue, London, 1981

The regiment is the Tenth Hussars who are variously depicted stalking, steeple-chasing, buying a horse, pig-sticking, playing polo and hunting in India. Snaffles published a book of his time in India 'My Sketchbook in the Shiney' in 1931
