A Persian white metal kashkul

of typical form, decorated to the underside with a seated figure beneath a tree with further bands of figural roundels and calligraphic panels amongst flowers and scrolling foliage, carrying handles to either end of the pear shaped opening -- 13in. (33cm.) long, (rubbing).
