walnut brass-bound fitted toilet box with silver bottles and trinket boxes, 1869, mirror, spoon, manicure, instruments, corkscrew and other items, swing-opening tier with fall front and lift-out tray; tea caddy with brass plaque 'The caddy and brass plate with the hinges are part of the Spanish floating Batteries and Cannon destroyed before Gibraltar, Dec 13th 1782.', and writing box (lacks interior) containing silver and enamelled badge of the Black Watch 'Per Mare per Terram', in fitted leather case, painted miniature and correspondence dated 1833, signed I am dear parent, your affection son, R. Crowther and a receipt for rent dated 3rd October 1859.
