A THREE PIECE SILVER TEA SET, maker's mark of Bailey & Kitchen, circa 1832-46, comprising teapot, two handled covered sugar bowl and partly covered, squat spouted milk jug, each spreading circular with molded fluted corners, on four tapering foliate feet, the body two times chased with foliate scroll enclosed and rocaille topped cartouche, one monogrammed, the corners chased with bold flower heads amid foliate scrolls, the teapot with elaborate part floral and foliate scroll spout and leaf capped part foliate loop handle, the hinged flat topped domed cover with conforming decoration, topped by octagonal baluster finial--the teapot 11½in. (29.2cm.) high, gross weight 84oz. (3)
