The first pointed elliptical with chased rose gold and seed pearl surround enclosing a man lamenting at an urn, the plinth decorated with a skull and cross-bones; the second pointed elliptical with milled rose gold surround centering a woman lamenting at an urn, the plinth inscribed In Memory of a Friend, engraved on verso, Jane McCarthy Ob: 1 June 1788 AE: 41; the third of scalloped lozenge form with cast and chased decoration centering braided hairwork; the fourth with chased pointed elliptical surround enclosing a shepherdess writing at a tablet; the fifth with chased pointed elliptical rose gold surround enclosing a hairwork swag, infinity and a sheaf of wheat, inscribed above Not lost but gone before--1½in. high the largest (5)
