A FEDERAL GILT AND EGLOMISE MIRROR, Probably New York, 1790-1810, with gilt spreadwing eagle perched on a foliate carved shaft above a molded broken pediment surmounted by three small triangular eglomise panels connected by a chain hung with gilt spherules eminating from the mouth of the eagle all above a rectangular eglomise panel depicting a farm scene over a rectangular mirror plate flanked by reeded columns above a molded base--55½in. x 22in.
