HOLLYWOOD WRITERS MOBILIZATION
An original 1947 letter from blacklisted writer Mr. Howard Koch asking for support in the groups' efforts. Signed in blue ink Howard. Together with an original 1959 affidavit of Sam Jaffe regarding his 1955 subpoena by the House Committee on Un-American Activities, "...I have never been a member of the Communist Party"; a handwritten note from Mr. Jaffe is clipped to it, "...Nu? Has my affidavit helped to clear up the scruples of some of the television producers? Accompanied by two black and white photographs of anti-Communist picketers--8 x 10 in. and similar. (4)
