ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK/BLADE RUNNER, 1979
Three original "buildings" made for and used in the production of the film Escape From New York; constructed of wood with applied black photo-stat paper with geometric white lines, the three buildings were connected to form one tall building. Used in the scene in which "Snake Plisskin" (Kurt Russell) is approaching New York in his glider. The buildings were later repainted and used in the extreme background in Blade Runner starring Harrison Ford--17 1/2 in. high when connected. (2)
