LATE 19TH CENTURY, BEARING BLUE INTERLACED L'S ENCLOSING THE LETTER T

Each of bottle shape, the tall tapering neck with alternating pink and white spiral moulding, edged in gilt, at each side below the shoulder two lion mask handles support drapery swags gilt with dots and oeil de perdrix, the lower section decorated with alternating pink and white stripes painted with flowers, on a similarly decorated spiral-moulded socle and square base

See Rosalind Savill, The Wallace Collection Catalogue of Sèvres Porcelain, London, 1988 pp. 270 - 276 for a discussion on the vase 'bouteille en écharpes'. Based on this model, similar vases with lion mask handles were produced at both Derby and Coalport.
