The rectangular agate plaque of glass-like translucency and an even pale mushroom-grey colour, with the dark brown layer well utilised to depict human figures, suspended from a black silk ribbon neckchain embellished with agate beads and seed pearls (ribbon repaired), Qing dynasty, 94.0 cm.
