Surmounted by a draped male figure supporting a flaming cornucopia crowned by sun rays, above a first tier issuing eleven scrolling foliate branches, above a baluster stem, flanked by three figures of Pegasus and issuing three large branches, each surmounted by a faceted baluster, each issuing eight scrolling foliate branches; mounted for electricity
