A German porcelain parcel-gilt polychrome-decorated dinner service
Circa 1900
Each plate with a pierced woven trellis border, flanked by three foliate cartouches, centred by scène galantes, the underside with various underglaze blue crossed swords marks and impressed numerals, comprising:
- 36 dinner plates;
- 24 lunch plates;
- 2 shell-shaped dishes;
- 2 sauce boats, each with saucer, lid and spoon;
- 1 glass cooler;
- 2 three-tier cake stands;
- 2 fruit baskets;
- 2 large fruit-dishes on stand;
- 4 medium size fruit-dishes on stand;
- 4 square dishes (85)
