Each with a channelled frame, above a padded back, surrounded by an egg-and-dart frieze, flanked to each side by a padded rest, with spirally fluted supports and acanthus leaf terminal, the padded seat above a serpentine rail with conforming frieze, on tapering, fluted legs with acanthus terminal; upholstered in dark red velvet (2)
