A SMALL YELLOW GLASS FACETED BOTTLE VASE
QIANLONG FOUR-CHARACTER INCISED MARK WITHIN A DOUBLE SQUARE AND OF THE PERIOD

Of compressed pear form, the body cut with twelve facets rising from the conformingly faceted foot to the mouth rim, the opaque glass of rich egg-yolk-yellow color with faint swirls of paler tone; together with a mottled amber-brown glass bowl, 18th century, with deep rounded sides and lipped rim, the transparent glass of honey-yellow tone suffused with swirls of opaque taupe, possibly in imitation of horn (surface chip to rim of vase)
