THE PORCELAIN CIRCA 1650, THE SILVER WITH UTRECHT MARK FOR 1651

Of spreading cylindrical shape, painted in rich violet tones with an attendant offering a vase with three arrows, presumably the result of the 'arrow game', to a finely robed dignitary holding a scepter, on a garden terrace with plantain and willow, between floral bands at the foot and rim and divided by a simple loop handle with silver attachment and hinged lid (minor wear and fritting)
