A collection of cameo embossed and pierced paper lace valentines, the majority with chromolithographic centres and silver and gilded details, including a cameo embossed envelope marked by Dobbs decorated with a watercolour map of Italy and its environs, with humorous names in manuscript for each region relating to the subject of Italian Matrimony, c. 1840's to 1860's, 5¼ x 3½in; and a quantity of Christmas and Greeting cards.
