A victorian scrap album containing engravings, chromolithographic scraps, lithographs, book plates, photographs, sketches, greeting cards and approximately 150 victorian valentine cards, the majority with embossed and pierced paperlace borders and some cameo embossed borders, a number applied with fabric flowers, dried grasses and ribbons, majority with either chromolithographic or hand-coloured centres, some net or gauze, three dressed valentines and five heart-shaped valentines, subjects include children, birds and dogs, various makers include Marcus Ward, Meek, Kershaw & Son, Mansell, Dobbs Kidd & Co, Wood and Mullord Bros, c.1850's to 1890's, 8 x 5in.
