On scalloped oval domed base, chased with foliate scrolls, bellflowers and heart-shaped cartouches, rising to a stem in the form of a winged figure with arms raised to the sunburst frame with a ring of putti heads, with scroll baldachino surmounted by a brass orb and cross, the circular compartment with two glass panels, the base engraved 1716 F, apparently unmarked
