A stained ivory netsuke of a seated karashishi turned to its right, on a raised shaped oval base -- 1¾.in.high, probably 17th century; and an ivory carving of a Chinese painter seated before a square pedestal with a board holding a brush, the details stained black -- 1½.in.high, signed Ryomin. (2)
