CIRCA 1765, TWO WITH IMPRESSED SHIELDS, VARIOUS INCISED MARKS

From the series of Putti as Ovidian Gods, the first as Jupiter in gold crown, iron-red drapery above clouds and a brown eagle, 4 5/8in. (12cm.) high; the second, white, as Juno above clouds and a peacock, 4in. (10.2cm.) high; the third, white, as Mercury in winged hat and sandals, a caduceus at his feet, 4in. (10.2cm.) high; and the last, white, as Vulcan at his forge on a Vienna white pedestal, 7 1/4in. (18.4cm.) high, overall, damages (4)
