An Imari dish decorated in iron-red, aubergine, green and black enamels and gilt on underglaze blue with a central roundel of cherry blossoms within a band of chrysanthemums, peonies and other flowers, the rim with a band of plum blossom entwined among a rope work design -- 15¾in. diam, late 17th Century.
