Forty albums including chromo-lithographed designs The Charles Dickens, Porcelain, Pottery & Portraits by Marcus, Warde & Co.; a small tan morocco album with two sets of six cartes folding out concertina-style from central spine, the majority by Castrell of Cheltenham, and an album with carved wooden boards, the central raised oval shield surrounded by intertwined vine leaves and strapwork design, the lower cover of roughened wood within geometric border, others mostly full morocco, 4to., 8vo. and 12 mo.

Including portraits of Gladstone (chopping wood at Hawarden) by Currey, Ruskin, Disraeli, Carlyle, Darwin, Irving, Ellen Terry, George MacDonald, with one album of Cambridge students (c. 1900-01), several portraits by photographers in India, many European portraits, especially French and Belgian, good studies of children, some with toys and dolls, military portraits and a Scottish cabinet card of a soldier and a fisherwoman; with a quantity of loose cartes and cabinet cards.
