A small Japanese oviform polished bronze vase and domed cover with kiku finial on three scrolling feet decorated in silver, gold and copper hirazogan with three shaped panels of birds in flight before a moon and cranes and insects among bamboo and lotus, the cover decorated with butterflies in flight -- 4¾.in.high, stamped mark.
