A George III bright-cut oval teapot, the tapering angular spout, polished wood scroll handle and domed hinged cover with oval vase-shaped finial, each side with a vacant boat-shaped cartouche, John Lambe, London 1785, incuse mark - 5¾in; and a George III beaded and bright-cut oval teapot stand on stylised claw feet, the centre engraved with a monogram, maker's mark indistinct, London 1786 - 17oz. gross.
