A Seljuk bronze circular shallow dish with everted rim, decorated to the centre with a winged mythical animal with human head among scrolling arabeques surrounded by arches, the rim decorated with bands of Kufic -- 7¼in.diam.; another, similar, with copper inlay, decorated with similar bands of calligraphy -- 7in.diam.; and another with waisted body decorated with interspersed panels of calligraphy and star-patterns -- 6½in.diam., all 12th century.
