A wakizashi attributed to Echizen Tsuguhiro, the blade honzukuri, iorimune, chugissaki and torii-zori, with mokume hada forming many chikei, notare-midare hamon of sunagashi and hakkakeru boshi, ubu nakago with one mekugi-ana and traces of a signature -- 17¾in.long; with a N.B.T.H.K. white paper dated 1969 stating the signature becomes unclear after the characters "Omi" but would have been Tsuguhiro (Omi no Kami Tsuguhiro of Echizen, circa 1661); with kuroronuri saya (koiguchi and uragawara restored), Mino-Goto shakudo-nanakoji fuchi-kashira decorated with gilt plants and tendrils and iron tsuba with a tiger and bamboo in shishiaibori (lacking kozuka), with a brocade sword-bag.
