One page t.l.s., dated 28 Hyde Park Gate, London S.W.7, 8th August 1946, thanking Mrs. Ann Antree for inviting him to become President of the Cinque Ports Flying Club, and saying 'It is a pleasure to me to accept ... I am glad to be able in this way to carry on a happy tradition'; together with an enamel shield-shaped car mascot with the Club's emblem and motto, said to have been used on one of Churchill's cars.
