This document does not appear to refer to a particular H.M. Ship. However many of the daily entries refer to the ship being at Havanna.
Charnock's Biographia navalis states that in 1759 Francis William Drake was promoted to the Edgar, of fifty guns and

"On his return to Europe he was employed in the Channel or home service, and, in 1759, was promoted to the Edgar, of sixty-four guns. He retained the same command till the conclusion of the war, having latterly been ordered to the West Indies, and stationed there. After peace had taken place he held no command till 1766, when he was appointed to the Burford, of seventy guns, one of the guardships stationed at Plymouth ------
It must be assumed that this log book refers to H.M.S. Edgar
