With bound masts, yards with stun's'l booms, standing and running rigging and deck details including anchors, catheads, deck rails, companionways, deck houses, deck lights, lifeboats and ship's boat in davits and chocks and other details. Finished in green, black and white with varnished deck (restored). Stand. Glazed mahogany case with hinged doors and table

'Flying Cloud' was built by D. McKay, East Boston, Massachusetts, 1851. In 1854 under Capt. Josiah Greesey she completed the New York - San Francisco passage in the record time of 89 days 8 hours
