Two rare autographed letters, signed, one dated 7th June 1968, 23 Furlong Road, Islington, N.7. inviting an old school friend to his wedding reception ...Just a few lines to let you know I am getting married on 22nd of June at Uxbridge Registary (sic) offices at 9.45 AM. We are having a reception at my house (30A Frome Court) afterwards...Well if you think it's a bit sudden you're right. Seeing as we were living together we thought we might as well get married...Nothing much happening record-wise because I've got problems with my record-company at the moment ... Reg. 1p, and corresponding envelope; the other dated 16th June 1968, informing his friend of the cancellation of his wedding ...We've decided that there have been too many arguments and that it would be stupid to get into something that we could'nt (sic) easily get out of. I am now living with my partner Bernie so please phone..I'll tell you all the gory details...All for now, Reg 1p, both letters on This Record Co. Limited headed paper. (3)
