A large Victorian cauldron salt cellar on lion's mask and paw feet and with an applied laurel leaf and berry rim and blue glass liner, the body chased with laurel leaf and berry swags and applied a crown with Roman Numeral underneath, probably Alexander Macrae, London 1872; and a William IV silver gilt gadrooned circular pedestal salt cellar in the early 18th Century taste, on a foliate-cast rising circular foot, the body cast with a frieze of rising stiff foliage and chased with rococo shells and scrolls, the underside of the foot engraved: "Arthur's Club", William Bateman, London 1835 - 19oz. free.
