A George III beaded oval teapot, bright-cut with floral and foliate swags and paterae and engraved with crests within oval cartouches with bow surmounts, with a tapering angular spout, ebonised wood scroll handle and domed hinged cover with oval wood finial, Hester Bateman, London 1781 - 5¼in., with a matching teapot stand on claw and ball feet - 18.25oz. gross.
