A group of mainly Roman bronze items including a furniture attachment in the form of a lion's paw, on circular pedestal base -- 2 1/8in. (5.2cm.) high, circa 1st Century A.D., a bull's head protome, with inward-curving horns and loop for attachment -- 1½in. (3.8cm.) high, circa 1st Century B.C./A.D., a Romano-British enamelled fibula, the tail with column of three diamonds in blue enamel, pin missing -- 1 3/8in. (3.5cm.) long, 2nd Century A.D., a large bow fibula with flaring 'trumpet' head and knobbed base -- 2 5/8in. (6.7cm.) long max., and another similar, with broad body and rectangular head, both with pins missing -- 2in. (5cm.) long max., both circa 1st Century A.D. (a lot)
