An Arita polychrome and underglaze blue tapering cylindrical cistern and domed cover on tripod lappet feet, painted and gilt with shaped panels of flowers and grasses, metal tap (knop missing from cover, gilt rubbed, crack to base, old restoration to body) -- 12½in.high, 17th/18th century.
